Requesting Initial Services will automatically activate weekly lawn and monthly janitorial services until a stop maintenance order is received from the agent.

If the agent has gained access to the property prior to the rekey and has photographed, reviewed, and identified all personal property, the agent may mark and request that both phases be completed at the same time.  Otherwise the agent will need to re-send this form for phase two services.
